Ascui & Co Architects are the architectural firm and interior designers for Greenwell and have been involved with the project since its inception. Ascui & Co Architects are a local Hawthorn based boutique architectural firm that has a long lineage of experience in the multi-residential market in Melbourne with most of their work in and around the inner eastern suburbs.

Memla is the landscape architect across the Greenwell project. Established in 1998, Memla is a Melbourne-based landscape architecture firm.
“We are motivated by what we see in the homes, parks and gardens around each project. Greenwell is in an area that carries significant European influences but also has stand out Australian native trees and grasses. Our enthusiasm for the Australian environment, which is often quite subtle, within the context of the area is what we will enjoy bringing to this project.”

Pomeroy Pacific has been appointed as Project Manager for Greenwell. With over 49 years’ of experience they have a strong understanding of the property market and are dedicated to delivering projects with precision, passion and peace of mind. Pomeroy will be involved throughout each stage of the project to ensure every aspect runs smoothly.
